Expertly hand-assembled by skilled watchmakers, it features:

What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod is a fully customized watch that combines a genuine Seiko movement with aftermarket parts (cases, dials, bezels, hands, etc.).
The result is a one-of-a-kind timepiece, hand-assembled and designed to reflect your personal style.
What movements do you use?
We use high-quality Seiko automatic and mecha-quartz
movements including NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK61, VK63, and VK64.
These movements are globally recognized for their reliability,
durability, and precision, ensuring smooth and long-lasting timekeeping.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes — all of our watches come with a 1-year warranty,
covering:

or assembly defects caused by our operations

Can I make custom requests?
Absolutely. If you have special requests that cannot
be fulfilled directly through our configurator:

Where are the watches assembled?
All watches are hand-assembled in Italy, using
high-quality aftermarket parts and movements.
As we grow, some assembly steps may be outsourced to trusted
professional partners to maintain quality while expanding production.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No. We are not affiliated with Seiko or any other brand.
We use genuine Seiko movements due to their outstanding quality and
performance, but each ModHouse watch is a completely custom, handmade creation.
Can I customize my own watch?
Absolutely — that’s what we’re all about.

Are the watches waterproof?
Our watches are professionally waterproofed during assembly and offer a water resistance rating of 3ATM.
This makes them resistant to rain, handwashing, or minor splashes, but not suitable for swimming or diving.
⚠️ Note: Any markings on our dials related to water resistance are purely decorative and do not reflect official lab testing.
What about shipping?

Shipping Time:
The assembly process can slightly vary depending on the models, but overall we usually require 4-7 working days to assemble the watch, and at least 5 more working days to QC and finalize the shipping process. Every piece coming out of our Lab is assembled with great precision and passion, and it goes through extensive checks to ensure best delivery quality. In total, depending on where you live, delivery usually takes anywhere from 15 to 30 days.
Please note that custom pieces might take a few more working days depending on the complexity of the request.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?:
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and the fee depends on your residency. You will receive an email containing your tracking information, so that you can monitor the status of your order.
