At ModHouse we focus on designing and offering high-quality, custom-built timepieces that incorporate NH35 automatic movements manufactured by Time Module Inc. (TMI), a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII). Each watch is assembled with meticulous attention to detail, using premium components selected for their performance and reliability.



CLARIFICATION OF INDEPENDENCE

No Official Connection to Seiko: We emphasize that ModHouse operates independently and is neither associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, nor in any way formally linked to Seiko Holdings Corporation or any of its affiliates. While we use TMI NH35a movements known for their precision and durability, the finished products are independent custom builds and must not be interpreted as official Seiko merchandise.

Component Sourcing: All movements and parts used in our custom watches are acquired through authorized channels and are integrated solely into our custom design framework. Each product is crafted to reflect our values of quality, craftsmanship, and originality.

Craftsmanship & Performance: Every timepiece we produce is individually calibrated by hand to ensure optimal accuracy, typically within a +0 to +3 seconds/day range. Our customizations are rooted in traditional watchmaking principles while showcasing distinctive modern design.

Transparency & Communication: We believe in maintaining open, honest communication with our customers. This notice serves to make clear the independent, unaffiliated nature of our watchmaking practice.
